Of these RBPs involved in our study, LIN28B showed specifically high expression in the liver and autonomic ganglia cancer cell lines, LIN28B and IGF2BP1 exhibited exclusively high expression in the testicular germ cell cancer, LIN28B and IGF2BP1 showed exclusively high expression in the testis tissue, and IGF2BP3 exhibited specifically high expression in the skin and testis tissue. This evidence concerns the gene LIN28B and cancer.
