ARHGAP5 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Subsequent m6A‐specific RIP coupled RT‐qPCR analyses indicated that m6A levels of ARHGAP5‐AS1 RNA were significantly decreased in cells with ectopic expression of the ARHGAP5‐AS1 mutant 3 compared with cells with ectopic WT ARHGAP5‐AS1 expression (Figure 1D,E), suggesting that ARHGAP5‐AS1 928A is its key m6A site in HCC.
