In line with these findings, we found that CSDE1 also plays its role as an oncogene in HCC and lncRNA ARHGAP5‐AS1 could interrupt the binding of CSDE1 with its E3 ligase TRIM28, stabilise CSDE1 protein, elevate expression of VIM and RAC1, and stimulate ERK signalling. This evidence concerns the gene TRIM28 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
