Mutations in lung cancer driver genes (KRAS, EGFR, BRAF, ALK, ROS1, MET, RET, and ERBB2) in the high- and low-risk groups were shown on a waterfall plot, which demonstrated that the low-risk group (20%) harbored a higher EGFR mutation frequency than did the high-risk group (8%) (Supplementary Figure 1A).
