After applying Bonferroni adjustment, we found a significant difference between individuals with SCZ and those with BD in two serum proteins (see Supplementary Table S2 for full results): complement C9 (C9; OR = 0.38; 95% CI, 0.23-0.63; Bonferroni-adjusted p value = 0.026; ∆Nagelkerke’s-R2 = 0.058) and Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL1RAP; OR = 0.34; 95% CI, 0.19–0.60; Bonferroni-adjusted p value = 0.031; ∆Nagelkerke’s-R2 = 0.050). The gene discussed is IL1RAP; the disease is Behcet disease.
