CD8A and neoplasm: The results showed that the low-risk groups generally had higher levels of infiltration of immune cells than the high-risk groups, especially of dendritic cells (aDCs), B cells, CD8+ T cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), T helper (Th) cells (Tfh, Th1, and Th2 cells), tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and regulatory T (Treg) cells (Figure 4a).
