AR and posterior cortical atrophy: We show that for both high TE (enriched in polysomes in VCaPER) and low TE (enriched in polysomes in VCaPCRPC) candidates, mRNA abundance is often linked with a higher occurrence of the PCa-specific ETS fusion (79) (Supplemental Figures S11A and S12A), a higher AR score (Supplemental Figures S11B and S12B), which is linked to PCa development, and to higher detection of the AR-V7 splice variant of the androgen receptor (Supplemental Figures S11C and S12C).
