For instance, transplantation of miR-15a‐, miR‐15b‐ and miR‐16‐expressing neuroblastoma cells into extremely immunodeficient mice has suppressed formation of tumors as well as expression of MYCN, suggesting that these miRNAs have a tumor suppressor role in neuroblastoma through targeting MYCN [7]. The gene discussed is MYCN; the disease is neoplasm.
