ERBB2 and breast cancer: National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) and some studies recommended adjuvant taxane-containing chemotherapy in patients who had axillary lymph node-positive, trastuzumab in HER2 positive [8–11] but the taxane-containing regimen has been approved for adjuvant treatment in node-positive BC and metastatic BC (MBC) since 2007, adjuvant trastuzumab was just approved in 2015 and eligible for BC patients who had node positive only in universal health coverage (UHC),Social security scheme(SSS) and Civil Servant Medical Benefit Scheme.
