In the immune hot tumors, we observed significantly higher proportions of dendritic cells (Δ = 3.28%, p-value = 8.5e-271), B memory cells (Δ = 3.39%, p-value < 2.2e-308, CD8 memory cells (Δ = 5.42%, p-value < 2.2e-308), and T regulatory cells (Δ = 0.87%, p-value = 3.4e-92), compared to immune cold tumors after adjusting for age, gender, and tumor type (Fig. 4A). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
