Among KRAS mutations in NSCLC, G12C was the most common (32–39%), followed by G12V (18–21%) and G12D (17–23%), G12A/G12S/G12R (16%), G13C/G13D/G13S (7%) and Q61H/Q61K (0.7%) [7, 8]. The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
