The most common TRAEs among the 12 patients in the 12 mg group were hypertension (8 [66.7%]), hypertriglyceridemia (8 [66.7%]), decreased platelet count (7 [58.3%]), hypercholesterolemia (6 [50.0%]), increased thyroid‐stimulating hormone (6 [50.0%]), increased ALT (5 [41.7%]), increased AST (4 [33.3%]), and proteinuria (4 [33.3%]).
