The mRNA and protein expression level of CHRNB2 in several pancreatic cancer cell lines (HPNE, PANC1, PATU8902, Mia-Paca-2, BxPC3, AsPC-1 and T3M4) were initially evaluated, among which, PANC1 cell line showed the highest expression level of CHRNB2 and T3M4 cell line showed the lowest expression level of CHRNB2 in both mRNA and protein levels (Fig. 4C, D). The gene discussed is CHRNB2; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
