RTN4RL2 and cancer: To further investigate the role of NgR2 during cancer progression and in cell motility, we reduced NgR2 expression in NCI-H660 cells (Fig. 4A) and C4-2B cells that exogenously express αVβ3 (Fig. 4B) using a pool of siRNAs (Fig. 4A, B) against RTN4RL2 (NgR2).
