We then tested whether genetic data (matching the 3 classes of the PROPKD score: (i) pkd2 mutation, (ii) nontruncating pkd1 mutation; (iii) pkd1 truncating mutation) and basal uEGF/MCP1 could predict renal outcome in the ADPKD discovery cohort.
