CTNNB1 (catenin beta 1) mutations are involved in development of various cancers, including colorectal cancer (Akyol et al., 2019), lung cancer (Zhou et al., 2021), HCC (Kalasekar et al., 2019), ovarian and endometrial endometrioid cancer (Liu et al., 2014), Wilms tumors (Li et al., 2004), and medulloblastoma (Fattet et al., 2009).
