BRD4 inhibitors have been shown good anti-tumor effects in a variety of tumors, including acute myeloid leukemia and multiple myeloma, and a large number of BRD4 inhibitors are currently in clinical trials (Delmore et al., 2011; Zuber et al., 2011; Lu et al., 2020).
