AKT1 and melanoma: Go analysis revealed that the biological processes (BP) such as response to oxygen levels, response to hypoxia, and response to decreased oxygen levels, cellular components (CC) like serine/threonine protein kinase complex, protein kinase complex, and cyclin-dependent protein kinase holoenzyme complex, and molecular function (MF) such as DNA-binding transcription factor binding, ubiquitin-like protein ligase binding, and ubiquitin protein ligase binding may be potential anti-cancer mechanisms for CM for treatment of melanoma (Figures 3B–D).
