A high CD146 mRNA concentration indicated a poor survival time, especially in brain lower-grade glioma (LGG), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), kidney chromophobe (KICH), ACC, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), and uveal melanoma (UVM)— consistent with previous studies. This evidence concerns the gene MCAM and endocervical adenocarcinoma.
