The result showed that both chemokines (Supplementary Figure S14A) and chemokine receptors (Supplementary Figure S14B) were positively correlated with the expression level of NRP1 in most cancer types, indicating that NRP1 could be a reliable predictor of chemokine storm caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection in cancer patients, and they might benefit from antibody cocktails targeting both NRP1 and chemokines/chemokine receptors. This evidence concerns the gene NRP1 and cancer.
