The results were adjusted for tumor purity, revealing a significant correlation between CALR expression and immunomodulators (PD-1, LAG3, TIGIT, IL-2R, IL-6, CD80, and CD28), Treg markers (FOXP3, CCR8, and TGFβ), Th2 markers (STAT5A and IL-13), TFH markers (BCL6 and IL-21), Th1 markers (STAT1), T cell markers (CD3D, CD3E, and CD2), CD8+T cell markers (CD8A and CD8B), Th17 markers (STAT3), macrophage markers (COX2, CD163, and VSIG4), neutrophil markers (CD11b, CD66b, and CCR7), NK cell markers (KIR2DL4), and DC markers (HLA-DPB1, HLA-DRA, HLA-DPA1, BCDA‐A, and BDCA‐4) in KIRC (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene KIR2DL4 and neoplasm.
