The results showed that BAIAP2L2 was obviously increased in some cancers, including cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), thymoma (THYM) and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) (Figure 1B, p < 0.05). The gene discussed is BAIAP2L2; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
