Overexpression of RBM10 resulted increased the PTEN expression and decreased phospho‐PI3K, phospho‐AKT, and phospho-mTOR levels in NSCLC cells; in contrast, the PTEN expression was decreased and the phosphorylation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR was greatly increased in RBM10‐silenced NSCLC cells compared to the control group (Fig. 3A–C). This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
