Additionally, higher levels of phosphorylated-JAK1 (1.0 ± 0.3 vs 0.5 ± 0.2, p<0.05) and phosphorylated-STAT1 (0.6 ± 0.2 vs 0.02 ± 0.02, p<0.0001) were observed in BD serum-treated macrophages (Supplemental Figure S9) at 30 min, which provided a new therapeutic mechanism of JAK inhibitor tofacitinib in BD [27].
