Similarly, EM and TEMRA (CD45RA+CCR7) CD8+ T cell subsets of peanut non-reactive (i.e., CD69-) CD8+ T cells among peanut-stimulated PBMCs from DS participants showed a significantly higher frequency and expression of CD57 (Fig. 2b; q = 0.019, 0.05, 0.02 and 0.02, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene B3GAT1 and Dravet syndrome.
