Three of these patients had FH(+) with 3 to 5 relatives with cancer (first- to third-degrees), and were diagnosed between 30 and 47 years of age: two patients presented BC as only tumor (one with PV in ATM gene: c.640del, p.Ser214fs; and one with PV in BARD1 gene: c.176_177del, p.Glu59fs); and one patient presented BC as second tumor and melanoma as first and third tumors (LPV in ATM gene: c.9023G > A, p.Arg3008His). This evidence concerns the gene BARD1 and neoplasm.
