The GATA-3 target genes shared across the continuum of T-cell neoplasms are therapeutically relevant (Fig. 3G), including immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs) that lead to IKZF3 degradation [36, 37], and the CCR4 specific monoclonal antibody mogamulizumab [38]. The gene discussed is GATA3; the disease is T-cell and NK-cell neoplasm.
