The results of KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that DEGs were mainly involved in PI3K-Akt signaling, pathway in cancer, cAMP signaling, focal adhesion, estrogen signaling, axon guidance, leukocyte trans-endothelial migration, gap junction, GABAergic synapse, AGE/RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, ErbB signaling pathway, mucin-type O-glycan biosynthesis, and aldosterone synthesis and secretion (Figure 1C). The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is cancer.
