The clinical and laboratory predictors, such as the presence of salivary gland enlargement, lymphadenopathy, Raynaud phenomenon, anti-Ro/SSA or/and anti-La/SSB autoantibodies, RF positivity, monoclonal gammopathy, and hypocomplementemia were identified to be independent predictors for the development of NHL [30]. This evidence concerns the gene SSB and monoclonal gammopathy.
