Correlation analysis further demonstrated that the frequency of CD25+CD127lowVδ2+ T cells was positively associated with the levels of BMP2 in bone marrows (P = 0.002, Figure 2I), which was confirmed by that more CD25+CD127lowVδ2+ T cells were found in AML patients with higher concentration of BMP2 (P = 0.001, Figure 2J). The gene discussed is BMP2; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
