In contrast to that TGF-β1 level in AML patients was much lower than that of healthy donors, we found that the concentration of BMP2 was abnormally upregulated, which was positively correlated with the frequency of leukemia blasts and the emergence of Reg-Vδ2 cells in the bone marrows of AML.
