Interestingly, the results observed that 5 hub genes were shared in the GEO and TCGA profiles, including SLC44A3, DBF4, NAPSA, ATP6V0A4, and CLDN4, which were closely associated with B cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, Macrophage, Neutrophil, and Dendritic cells to involve in tumor immunity (Figure 4A; Figures S5, S6).
