KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the DE mRNAs were mainly involved in pathways related to extracellular matrix-receptor interaction, hematopoietic cell lineage, graft-versus-host disease, allograft rejection, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, autoimmune thyroid disease, vitamin digestion and absorption, tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway, Th17 cell differentiation, focal adhesion, and other pathways (Figure 3B). The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is autoimmune thyroid disease.
