MM patients in CHECKMATE-067 treated with combination anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4 were found to have higher 5-year progression-free survival (PFS) and OS at 29 and 36% respectively, compared to patients treated with anti-PD1 monotherapy with 5-year PFS and OS of 14 and 17%, respectively (22). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and Miyoshi myopathy.
