CIP2A and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Over the past decades, overexpression of the KIAA1524 gene, which encodes cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A) has been reported in various malignancies, including gastric, bladder, ovarian, hepatocellular, colon, non–small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and chronic myelogenous leukemia14.
