Importantly, HIF1α-AS1 was downregulated in endothelial cells isolated from human glioblastoma (Supplementary Fig. 1c) and in lungs from patients with end stage idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) or chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) (Fig. 1h).
