The results showed that, compared with normal tissues, IQGAP1 (73.2% vs. 18.4%) and IQGAP3 (64.8% vs. 22.4%) expressions were significantly elevated in HCC tissues, whereas IQGAP2 (26% vs. 73.6%) expression was significantly decreased (Fig. 6A and B). This evidence concerns the gene IQGAP3 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
