In this study, we reporttwo newly designed 89Zr-labeledstarPEG40kDa nanocarriers with one or three copies of ACUPAligands (Figure 2)and evaluated their PSMA-targeted imaging and deep tumor penetrabilityin PSMA– PC3-Flu and PSMA+ PC3-Pip prostate cancer xenografts.The nanocarriers were tethered to 89Zr chelator DFB ligandsfor PET imaging.35 The pharmacokineticsof both the 89Zr-labeled PSMA-targeted nanocarriers werecompared with our previously reported nontargeted nanocarrier starPEG40kDa without any ACUPA ligands.
