In serum, we found that both IFN-γ and IL-12 levels were markedly increased at both 7 and 21 days after infection in both wildtype and Bcl3flx/flxZbtb46 cre- (Bcl3 sufficient) mice compared to levels in uninfected control mice (Figs 2A, 2B, S2C and S2D). Here, IFNG is linked to infection.
