After 24 h of infection with RSV, viral proliferation was significantly reduced in A549 cells overexpressing CCR1 (500 ng of pcDNA3.1-CCR1) compared with that in the control group cells (Fig. 2C and 3A), and with the increase in CCR1 overexpression, the intracellular viral load gradually decreased (Fig. 3B and C), suggesting that CCR1 expression was negatively correlated with RSV replication.
