MMR deficiency is associated with younger age at diagnosis, endometrioid histotype, a higher proportion with Stage I disease, a higher proportion of LVSI and dedifferentiation.[23] However, Nagle CM et al reported that the risk of endometrial carcinoma is not associated with MMR status.[24] Universal tumor testing for MMR is recommended for all women diagnosed with endometrial cancer to identify those with underlying Lynch syndrome.
