In our cases, central diabetes insipidus (6/9) and adrenocorticotropin hormone (ACTH) insufficiency (6/9) were the most common hormone deficiencies experienced, followed by hypogonadism (4/9), thyrotropin (3/9), hyperprolactinemia (2/9), and no growth hormone (GH) deficiency (0/9). The gene discussed is GH1; the disease is hypogonadism.
