LIFR-AS1 has been shown to act as a sponge for miR-942-5p in lung cancer [27], for miR-29a in CRC [24] and osteosarcoma [28], for miR-31-5p in thyroid carcinoma [29], for miR-4262 in glioma [30], for miRNA-150-5p in pancreatic cancer [25], for miR-197-3p in breast cancer [31], and for miR-29a-3p [26] and miR-4698 [32] in gastric cancer. Here, LIFR is linked to lung carcinoma.
