Interestingly, vaccines that were correctly predicted by the antibody-response classifier showed a stronger expression of NF-κB targets in high responders than low responders (Extended Data Fig. 6a; influenza inactivated, log2FC = 2.48; yellow fever, log2FC = 0.743; hepatitis B, log2FC = 1.12). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and viral infectious disease.
