CHD-PAH patients with Cp ≤0.84 ml/mmHg m2 exhibited worse hemodynamics, including high plasma level of NT-proBNP, elevated mPAP, increased Rp, and low mixed venous oxygen saturation. Cp < 1.04 ml/mmHg m2 was independently associated with poor prognosis in adult patients with CHD-PAH, regardless of the clinical phenotypes. The gene discussed is NPPB; the disease is coronary artery disorder.
