The KEYNOTE-158 trial also confirmed durable anti-tumor activity and showed that those with PD-L1-positive cervical cancer might benefit from Pembrolizumab, in which the mOS was 11 months in the PD-L1-positive population (versus 9.4 months in the total population), and all patients that responded to Pembrolizumab were PD-L1-positive (17). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and cervical cancer.
