In the lnc-NLC1-C/miR-383/PRDX3 axis, the overexpression of lncRNA narcolepsy candidate region 1 gene C [lnc-NLC1-C, also known as LINC00162] and peroxiredoxin 3 (PRDX3) accompanied by miR-383 downregulation promoted cell proliferation and invasion, while inhibiting apoptosis and autophagy in glioma cells (Xu et al., 2021a). Here, PRDX3 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
