The expression of DDX5 mRNA was particularly high in eight different types of cancer, including lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBC), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), brain lower grade glioma (LGG), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), thymoma (THYM) (Figure 2A, p < 0.001), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), and testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) (Figure 2A, p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene DDX5 and acute myeloid leukemia.
