Correlation analysis showed that high PARP10 expression was significantly associated with several malignant features, including histological differentiation (Table 1, p < 0.001), lymph node metastasis (Table 1, p < 0.05) and clinical stage (Table 1, p < 0.01). The gene discussed is PARP10; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
