E-ice-COLD-PCR revealed mutations in Ctnnb1 and Kras in all the cfDNA samples analyzed (3/3), and endpoint PCR in 2 samples (2/3) at day 22, which corresponds to the formation of ACF, small precursor lesions for the development of CRC, which corresponds to an early detection. Here, CTNNB1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
