The levels of COL5A2, IBSP, COL4A1, AGRN, SPP1, COL11A1, and HMMR in nearly all tumor tissues were significantly elevated compared with those in paired normal tissues; on the contrary, the levels of RELN, ITGA8, TNXB, LAMA2, SV2B, and COL6A6 in nearly all tumor tissues were significantly decreased compared with those in paired normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene COL6A6 and neoplasm.
