The serum levels of AMH were higher in women with PCOS (5.47 ± 4.89 μg/L), than in women without PCOS (2.66 ± 3.71 μg/L) (P < 0.001, adjusted for age) (Fig. 1, Supplemental Table 1). The gene discussed is AMH; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
